MALAGA — CALIFORNIA58 LOCAL. Malaga County Water District announced that its 2025 Consumer Confidence Report became available in 2026, allowing residents to review annual drinking-water sources, treatment and monitoring results.
Public record and practical context
The district’s page provides reports for prior years and instructions for requesting a printed copy. The 2025 report summarizes tests taken during the 2025 reporting period; those results should not be mischaracterized as measurements from November 2026.
Consumers should examine the actual contaminant tables, compliance language and any special notices before drawing conclusions about quality. An annual report is not proof that every individual tap meets the same conditions.
The utility offers assistance in English and Spanish. Paper copies can be requested by calling 559-485-7353 or emailing info@malagacwd.org.
The annual report and the separate January 2026 boil-water advisory concern different time periods and should be read together for a full history.
